C360Engage only require Employee ID, Password, and Business ID for login and verification on C360Engage. Employee ID, Password, and Business ID are provided by sales team after registration. No personally identifiable information is used within the app.

1.4 Information for Support or Enquiry

We collect your email address, any problem details and description you encountered when you choose to email or send enquiry to our support email address through C360Engage.

1.5 Payment Details

We collect supported payment option payment details when receiving your payment. Payment details including your payment card details will be handled through secure payment processing services.

1.6 Operation related logs

Operation related logs which are app error logs and End of Day Sales Report operation success or failure details for improving C360Engage.
